1. El servicio
Nuxeia es un sistema operativo para empresas, disponible en app.nuxeia.com. Cada empresa mantiene en él un único modelo de sus datos en el que trabajan su gente y sus agentes, con la política de acceso de la propia empresa. Nuxeia se ofrece a empresas, no a consumidores. El servicio está en sus primeras versiones y sus funciones pueden cambiar.
Estos términos se aplican a quien usa Nuxeia. Si la empresa firmó un contrato con nosotros, lo que diga ese contrato prevalece sobre estos términos.
2. Cuentas
La empresa decide quién entra en su espacio y con qué rol. Sus administradores dan y retiran el acceso. Cada persona cuida sus credenciales y nos avisa en support@nuxeia.com si cree que alguien más las usa.
3. Uso aceptable
Al usar Nuxeia te comprometes a no:
- usarlo para algo ilegal o para guardar contenido que no tienes derecho a tratar;
- intentar acceder a datos de otra empresa o a lo que tu rol no te permite ver;
- atacar, sobrecargar o probar la seguridad del servicio sin nuestro permiso por escrito;
- revender el servicio o darlo a terceros sin un acuerdo con nosotros.
4. Los datos son de la empresa
Los datos que la empresa y su gente guardan en Nuxeia siguen siendo de la empresa. Los tratamos solo para prestar el servicio, como explica la política de privacidad.
5. Asistente y agentes
El asistente y los agentes preparan y proponen; las decisiones las toman las personas. Sus respuestas pueden contener errores, y la empresa revisa lo que usa.
6. Disponibilidad
Trabajamos para que Nuxeia esté disponible y funcione bien, pero no garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones ni errores. Podemos parar el servicio para mantenerlo.
7. Responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, Nuxeia no responde de daños indirectos ni de la pérdida de beneficios, y su responsabilidad total frente a una empresa no supera lo que esa empresa nos pagó en los doce meses anteriores al hecho que la causa.
8. Suspensión y baja
La empresa puede dejar de usar Nuxeia cuando quiera. Podemos suspender el acceso de quien incumpla estos términos.
9. Cambios
Si cambiamos estos términos publicaremos aquí la nueva versión con su fecha.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por la ley española.

1. The service
Nuxeia is a company operating system, available at app.nuxeia.com. Each company keeps in it one model of its data that its people and their agents work on, under the company's own access policy. Nuxeia is offered to companies, not to consumers. The service is in its first versions and its features may change.
These terms apply to whoever uses Nuxeia. If the company signed a contract with us, that contract prevails over these terms.
2. Accounts
The company decides who enters its space and with which role. Its administrators grant and remove access. Each person keeps their credentials safe and tells us at support@nuxeia.com if they believe someone else uses them.
3. Acceptable use
By using Nuxeia you agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful or to store content you have no right to process;
- try to access another company's data or what your role does not let you see;
- attack, overload or test the security of the service without our written permission;
- resell the service or give it to third parties without an agreement with us.
4. The data belongs to the company
The data the company and its people keep in Nuxeia remains the company's. We process it only to provide the service, as the privacy policy explains.
5. Assistant and agents
The assistant and the agents prepare and propose; people make the decisions. Their answers may contain errors, and the company reviews what it uses.
6. Availability
We work to keep Nuxeia available and working well, but we do not guarantee that it works without interruptions or errors. We may stop the service for maintenance.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Nuxeia is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits, and its total liability to a company does not exceed what that company paid us in the twelve months before the event that caused it.
8. Suspension and termination
The company may stop using Nuxeia at any time. We may suspend the access of whoever breaches these terms.
9. Changes
If we change these terms we will publish the new version here with its date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
