Nuxeia

Política de privacidad

Última actualización: 30 de octubre de 2026. Read it in English.

Nuxeia's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026. The Spanish version above is the reference text.

1. Who is responsible

This policy explains how Nuxeia handles personal data in its service, available at app.nuxeia.com, and on this site. For any question about it, write to support@nuxeia.com.

Nuxeia is contracted by companies. The data a company and its people keep in Nuxeia belongs to that company: the company decides what it keeps and who has access, and Nuxeia processes it on the company's behalf to provide the service.

2. What data we process and why

  • Account. Your name, your email and, if you sign in with Google, your profile picture. Your membership in a company: your role and your departments. We use them to sign you in and to decide what you may see and change.
  • Company data. The records the company and its people create in Nuxeia, such as clients, projects, invoices or bank movements, and their text. We process them to provide the service.
  • History. Every change records who made it and when. The company uses it to see the history of its work.
  • Assistant. What you ask the assistant, and what the assistant reads to answer you, is sent to the Claude model on Amazon Bedrock, inside the European Union. The assistant reads only what you can see.
  • Mailboxes. Only if your company turns this feature on and you connect your own mailbox; see section 3.
  • Email notices. Your email address, to tell you about an invitation, a request waiting for your approval, and how a request of yours ended. Notices do not include the data in records.
  • Errors. When a service fails we send the error to Sentry, without user data, headers, cookies or request content.
  • Cookies. The application uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. This site uses no cookies.

3. Google and Microsoft user data

Sign in with Google

If you sign in with Google we request only the openid, email and profile scopes: your Google identifier, email, name and profile picture. We use them only to identify you.

Gmail and Outlook or Hotmail mailboxes

This feature is not available yet. When your company turns this feature on, you will be able to connect your own Gmail or Outlook or Hotmail mailboxes. Nuxeia will access them read-only (for Gmail, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly) and will read them to:

  • show you your mail;
  • search it;
  • link threads to your company's records;
  • let your assistant read it on your behalf when you ask it to.

Nobody else in your company will read your mailbox.

We do not sell this data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train or improve generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models. No human will read your mail, except with your explicit consent for specific messages, when necessary for security, or to comply with the law.

Disconnecting a mailbox will revoke our access and delete the copy we stored. You will also be able to remove access from your Google or Microsoft account.

Nuxeia's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Legal bases

  • Performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)): providing the service to the company and its people.
  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): connecting a mailbox, when your company turns this feature on. You give it when you connect and withdraw it when you disconnect.
  • Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)): keeping the service secure, fixing errors and answering questions.
  • Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): when the law requires us to keep or disclose data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account while you belong to a company in Nuxeia, and the company's data while the company uses the service. In Nuxeia, records are archived rather than deleted, so they can be restored. Database backups keep the last 7 days. A mailbox's copy will be deleted when you disconnect it.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and port it to another service, and you can withdraw a consent you gave at any time. Write to support@nuxeia.com. If the data belongs to a company you are part of, we may refer your request to that company. We answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

7. Where data is processed

We store and process the service's data in the European Union. Render's and Sentry's data processing agreements incorporate the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Vercel serves this public site from its global network; the service and its data do not pass through Vercel.

8. Sub-processors
